The Duchenne Data Foundation welcomes Klair Bayley as Board Member.
The Duchenne Data Foundation is expanding its Board of Directors and we are thrilled to announce that Klair Bayley has accepted the invitation.
Klair is a qualified nurse and midwife with more than 25 years-experience both in the UK and Australia. Since 2007 Klair has worked tirelessly within the Duchenne community, both across Australia and through international collaborations.
Her passion is the fight for an effective therapy for all, alongside advocacy, and initiatives to improve quality of life and standards of clinical care.
Klair currently works at the Western Australian Department of Health, Office of Population Health Genomics where she focuses on rare, genetic and undiagnosed conditions. Klair is married with 3 children. Her middle son Logan has Duchenne.
